Terms of Service

Welcome to Wulheap. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wulheap app and website. By creating an account or using Wulheap you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Wulheap.
1. You must be 18 or older
Wulheap is strictly for people who are 18 years of age or older. By using Wulheap you confirm that you are at least 18. Accounts belonging to anyone under 18 will be removed.
2. Community standards
Wulheap is a shared space, and we expect everyone to be respectful and thoughtful. When you use Wulheap you agree that you will not:
- Post pornography or sexually explicit photos or content of any kind.
- Post content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, violent or otherwise harmful.
- Bully, intimidate or abuse other people.
- Post content that is illegal or that infringes anyone else's rights.
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these standards.
3. Photographs only
Wulheap is currently for photographs only. You may only post photographs that you have taken or captured with a camera. AI-generated images, graphically designed artworks, illustrations and paintings are not permitted, and may be removed.
4. No impersonation
It is prohibited to impersonate other people, brands or organisations, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation in a way that is deceptive or misleading.
5. Usernames
Usernames are provided for your use but remain under our control. We may reassign usernames as the Wulheap team deems appropriate — for example to address impersonation, trademark concerns, inactivity or violations of these Terms.
6. Your content
You are responsible for the photos and content you push to Wulheap and confirm that you have the right to share it. You keep ownership of your content, and you grant Wulheap the permissions needed to display and operate the service. You may delete your content at any time.
7. Enforcement
We may, at our discretion, remove content, limit features, reassign usernames, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe harm the community.
8. Disclaimers
Wulheap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the service running smoothly but cannot guarantee it will always be available, secure or error-free.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Wulheap means you accept the updated Terms.
